Option 2:
TO BE BUILT: A  40×48, 1920 square foot space with a service door, and two 14′ x 14′ insulated overhead doors. There is a water spicket and one shared bathroom available to use amongst the pole barn facility. $145,000 and up. 

Option 3:
TO BE BUILT: A 40 x 80, 3200 square foot space with two insulated service doors and two 14′ x 14′ overhead doors.  There are water spickets and one shared bathroom available to use amongst the pole barn facility. $169,000 and up. 

Additional Information:
– Each pole barn unit is taxed separately. The taxes are fairly nominal and dependent upon value on building.
– Each owner is responsible for their own electric bill.
– Each unit can be “finished” inside to be insulated and heated at the buyers’ expense.
– No water or private bathroom can be added to the individual pole barns
– There are association dues ranging currently from $850 annually to $1450 annually, depending on the size of the space.
